How do I register for a new account?
It's easy! First, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address. Once you click "submit" a new page will open with a registration form. Complete the form and click "submit", check your e-mail for a confirmation and instructions on how to activate your account and complete the process. Once your account is activated, you will be able to log on using your registered e-mail address and the password you selected.

Can I sign up for and manage ministry and general news e-mails from St. Thomas?
Yes! On your Members page, click (edit) next to Your Ministries. You will see a list of all your registered ministries and e-mail reminders. You can turn on or off e-mail reminders or delete the entry entirely. This information will be relayed to the ministry chair.

Can I register for ministries using my STA Account?
During the ministry sign up time, you will be able to sign up to participate in a new ministry. You must have an active account and be logged on to register. Click or roll your mouse over the Ministries button on the left side of the home page, and select the commission under which the desired ministry is organized. To register, locate the link "register for this ministry" which is near each ministry description, and click on it. The ministry will be added to "Your Ministries" on the your Members page.

Can I add a note when registering for ministries?
Yes! On your Members page, click (edit) next to Your Ministries. Add any notes about ministries you have signed up for (vacation dates, special needs, etc.). Be sure to include the ministry name or number if the note applies to a specific ministry. This information will be relayed to the ministry chair with your registration information.

Account Use Policy
When a parishioner chooses to register for a STA Account, information such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number is collected. During the registration process, the parishioner will also be asked to choose a password which, when used with their email address will enable them to access the system. In addition, when a parishioner registers online to participate in a Ministry, the names of the Ministry selected will be collected. It is the policy of this website that all the foregoing information will not be made public or shared with any parties outside of the parish staff and will be used only in connection with the purposes outlined below:
1. To enable the user to receive email correspondence.
2. To inform ministry chairperson(s) and staff members with ministry registration information.
