Registration forms for Religious Education and High School Youth Ministry are now due for all grade levels (Pre-K through High School). A deposit is required with registration. A late fee is also in place at this time for returning families. Please stop by or call the Religious Education/Faith Formation Office at (630)305-6318 if the deposit presents an impossible financial burden.
