Poem Written by Father Frantzdy-One of Our Summer Visitors from Haiti

Father Frantzdy is one of our summer visitors from Haiti. He is living with a family from our parish and is participating in the English immersion program, designed and delivered by our parishioner volunteers. Below is a poem that Father Frantzdy wrote for us in English.

God’s Nature

Beyond the Creation is God’s Nature.

Inside Nature is God’s presence.

This presence is in God’s creatures,

When everyone and everything share the credence

That Nature is God’s face on earth.

Proudly, it is something to be part of.

It’s further a gift from the Highest,

Lifting up the lowest one to Heaven

By everyone’s daily care and faith.

Nature is God’s presence on our heart and soul.

Nature is God shining in us.

Loving God is loving Nature

While loving each other

And every single thing.
